When your going through hurt and pain

The Christian life is not easy. You will be faced with trials of many kinds. These trials are a test of our faith in Christ. Are we going to continue to stand strong and firm in the face of adversity? Are we going to continue to trust God in the midst of the storm? The trials we go through may not be fun or exciting. Oftentimes, these trials are painful. The trials we go through will build strong faith and character. We will come out stronger and better than when we first started.

Rejoice when you are going through pain and suffering because it is a blessing. Your patience, endurance, and perseverance has a chance to grow and develop. Then, you will be perfect and complete in Christ. You may have gotten sick or lost your job or a loved one. Whatever you went through it is for good and for His glory and purpose! God would not allow you to go through something if he didn't have a purpose for it. So we can rejoice in the midst of it and give thanks and praise to God.

James 1:2-4 says, "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing."

James 1:12 says, "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him."
